Text messaging and your mobile number

Consent to receive text messages is optional and is never a condition of any purchase, lease, or service. The appointment/service/informational program and the marketing/promotional program are separate; opting in to one does not opt you in to the other, and you may withdraw consent to either at any time by replying STOP to a message from that program. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as our messaging platform provider, is permitted only to deliver the messages you requested. All other use or transfer of your mobile number and SMS consent is excluded.

Sharing of other information

We may share non-mobile information with service providers who support our operations (CRM, hosting, scheduling), with the vehicle manufacturer or lender when needed to complete a transaction you requested, and where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention and security

We retain contact and consent records for as long as needed to serve you and to satisfy legal and recordkeeping obligations, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect them.
