Program sponsor

These terms govern the text message programs operated by Peruzzi of Langhorne LLC d/b/a Peruzzi Mitsubishi, 130 Lincoln Highway, Fairless Hills, PA 19030.

Two separate programs

• Appointment, service & informational messages — appointment confirmations and reminders, service status and recall or maintenance information. Approximately 2–6 messages per month.
• Marketing & promotional messages — sales events, offers, and new inventory notices. Approximately 2–4 messages per month.

Each program requires its own opt-in. Consent to one program does not constitute consent to the other, and neither is bundled with acceptance of our Privacy Policy or these Terms.

Consent is optional

Consent to receive text messages, including messages delivered using an automatic telephone dialing system, is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may contact us by phone, email, or in person instead.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Check your plan with your mobile carrier.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message from a program to stop messages from that program. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. You may also call (267) 214-5819.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. Notify us if your number changes or is reassigned.

Carriers and delivery

Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.

Privacy

Your mobile number and SMS consent are used only to deliver the programs you selected. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
